43 years, she was referred to as Jane Doe #40,   But not anymore.  On Thursday, San Francisco homicide detectives announced that they have identified Judy Gifford who was murdered in 1976 43 years ago.  The girl was just 14 and thousands of miles from her home New Jersey . O n Oct. 1, 1976, a dog walker had discovered a body after finding a hand sticking out from the sand at Lake Merced in San Francisco. T he victim ( Judy Gifford ) was a young Asian female who was said to be carrying distinctive jewelry.  It was determined at a later time that the teen had vanished from Frisco at around the same time as that the 1976 murder took place. Tesla's Cybertruck unvailing was full of surprises, but the most shocking moment was when the lead designer Franz von Holzhausen threw a metal ball onto the car's "Unbreakable glass" windows onstage as they shatter. It wasn’t the result that CEO of the company Elon Musk expected, Musk could be heard murmuring to himself saying “Oh my f***ing god” under his  breath before  being forced to completely stop his presentation of the car, however , Elon Musk said he knew what had gone wrong, and explained what happened on his Twitter. LAPD officer charged after touching a dead woman's chest

An LAPD officer was charged due to his body camera catching him touching a dead woman's chest. T he L.A County District Attorney’s Office announced that the officer in question,  David Rojas, has been arrested and charged with one count of having sexual contact with human remains.  The incident took place on Oct. 20 when David Rojas who is 27 years of age and his partner responded to a call about a deceased woman in a residence. When the two officers arrived they found the woman who had overdosed on the floor, while David Rojas was alone with the body he had allegedly touched the woman's breasts. Although Rojas thought he had turned the camera off it records everything 2-mins after shutting down. "It's very delicious," performance artist David Datuna wrote on Instagram after eating one edition of the now-famous banana art. The Banana  sold for $120,000,  David Datuna posted videos online showing himself peeling the fruit from the wall and consuming it. David  described eating the banana as an "art performance" and "Very delicious". The Banana was a lready fairly ripe when it was sold, the banana was never going to last long.  Luckily for the buyer, the work was sold with a certificate of authenticity, allowing owners to replace the fruit as needed. After the Banana was replaced  police were later sent out to guard the artwork. Teen's life saved from icy water by phone assistant

Gael Salcedo (18) thought he was going to die after he crashed into the river.  Tuesday at around 7:30am the Iowa boy lost control of his car and crashed into the freezing river,  he thought he was going to die because he was unable to find his phone and call for help, but he had remembered that his phone had a voice assistant.  "I turned to the right and everything just went blurry, I didn’t know where I was going,  "I lost my phone and since I couldn't find it I was like, 'Hey Siri, call 911' and once Siri called that's when I found my phone finally. Jury finds pair guilty of 1st-degree murder in stabbing

A jury has found Calvin Joel Sparks (26) and Samanda Rose Ritch (22)  guilty of first-degree murder in the 2017 stabbing death of Nadia Gonzale. Her body was found in a hockey bag at their apartment in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, however,  Sparks and Ritch were found not guilty of the attempted murder of John Patterson (72) who at the time was with Gonzales on June 16, 2017. On that day they were attacked in a hallway at 33 Hastings Drive. Patterson had six stab wounds and eventually fled the building until he collapsed onto the lawn of an elementary school not too far away. Although they were not charged with attempted murder, Calvin was found guilty of unlawfully causing bodily harm to Patterson, Samanda was not found guilty.    Nadia Gonzales died June 16, 2017, her parents  Irene and Ray Gonzales thank the jury for reaching that verdict.  "We're pleased with the outcome," said Ray Gonzales. Reebok has unveiled its brand new design for the plant-based sneaker/running shoe. The shoe     "Floatride GROW" is expected to hit shelves in the fall of 2020.  Eco-friendly/meatless food products changed the marketing industry in 2019. Experts say that next year’s game is changing because of the new trend in sustainable consumer goods being plant-based or “vegan”.  The upper part of the shoe is made primarily from eucalyptus, which is  a genus of over seven hundred species of flowering trees. The shoe's  soles have been made from castor beans and natural rubber. This shoe is a  version of its Newport Classic shoes which is made with cotton and corn, however,  Newport is a "Lifestyle" shoe unlike the "Floatride" which is designed for athletic use.   Americans throw away 300 million pairs of shoes each year, according to the US Department of the Interior. The 77-year-old former NBA commissioner David Stern had emergency brain surgery after suffering a  brain hemorrhage. The operation took place  Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital, Stern had been the commissioner for exactly 30 years before Adam silver took over in 2014, the league made an announcement that their thoughts were with his friends and family.  Hall of Famer Magic Johnson tweeted that he and wife Cookie were praying "for my good friend who helped save my life."  Johnson retired due to him having the AIDS virus in 1999, but soon returned the following year at the All-Star Game with Stern backing him up, Johnson later rejoined the league with Stern’s support, however, some player didn't think this was a good idea because of health reasons, he kept himself busy by traveling around the world on behalf of the league doing public speaking and consulting. Michael Ford, 45, died before an alligator torn his body in pieces, on June 27th Michael ford was found face down in a canal in Fort Meade  halfway between Tampa and Orlando.  by Polk County Sheriff's Office. 21 year old rapper dies of seizure!

On December 8th, 2019 the up and coming 21-year-old rapper Juice Wrld died of a seizure shortly after landing in Chicago's Midway Airport, Juice Wrld was pronounced dead at 3:15 at  Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois.  Medical personal described his "emergency" as a seizure/heart attack, paramedics spent over 30 minutes treating him in an attempt to steady his heartbeat.  Allegedly the rapper had taken multiple "Percocet" in order to hide them from law enforcement, One of the rapper's group members informed law enforcement that the rapper had "popped" several "unknown pills" that might have lead to the medical emergency, The rapper has been open about his drug addictions by tweeting in July that he would stop the use of codeine for his girlfriend's sake and in his collab, with Trippie redd he mentions " Now I take Percs, my stomach turnin'  Stopped taking Percs, my stomach burnin'" .
